Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-
204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is
proposed Modification No. M009 to Human Care Agreement CW93767 with Sasha Bruce
Youthwork, Inc. (Sasha Bruce) to exercise option year two in the not-to-exceed amount of
$2,508,300.48. The period of performance is from September 22, 2023 to September 21, 2024.
Under the proposed modification, Sasha Bruce shall continue to provide pre- and
Post-transitional housing to the District’s adjudicated youth, including specialized and
educational services for male and female youth between the ages of ten and eighteen who
have been adjudicated in the District of Columbia’s juvenile court system and committed
to Department of Youth and Rehabilitative Service custody.
