Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-
204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is
proposed Modification No. M0006 to Contract No. CW100807 with Diona US, Inc. (Diona) to
exercise option period one in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,957,000. The period of performance is
from August 8, 2023 through August 7, 2024.
Under the proposed modification, Diona shall continue to provide operations and maintenance
services for the previously developed and deployed District Direct Mobile Application to include
management, supervisor, labor, administrative support, reporting requirements, and associated
support service to perform the work specified in the contract.
