Tamora Papas
Tamora Papas is the Executive Director on the Association of
Appraisal Regulatory Officials Board of Directors, the Owner
and President of Pinnacle Performance, Incorporated, and a
current Chairperson ofthe Board of Real Estate Appraisers
Chairperson Papas is a Certified Residential Appraiser who
specializes solely in the District of the Columbia market and is
committed to staying abreast ofrapidly evolving technology and
market trends to deliver exceptional customer service. Her
Pinnacle Performance firm focuses on mortgage lending, bank
owned properties, and appraisals and consulting for divorce
settlement purposes amongst severalother services.
Chairperson Papas received the Appraisal Institute Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA)
Designation and the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) Designation. Chairperson Papas
currently volunteers with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Foundation and serves as a member of
the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Appraisal Institute DC Chapter.
A Ward 6 resident, Ms. Papas received a Certified Residential Appraiser license from the
