Pursuant to Section 202(c-3) of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, as amended,
D.C. Official Code 2-352.02(c-3), the following contract option summary is provided:
(1) The proposed contractor, contract amount, contract term, and contract type:
* Prime Contractor: ICMA-Retirement Corporation
* Subcontractor: PRM Consulting Group
Contract Amount: The proposed contract dollar value for the partial exercise of Option
Period Two from July 16, 2022 through March 5, 2024, is estimated at $7,401,023.01.
* Unit and method of compensation: US Dollars in accordance with Section B, Pricing, of
the contract.
Contract Term: The contract has a base term of five (5) years and two (2), two (2) year
option periods.
Contract Type: Requirements
(2) The identifying number of the underlying contract, including the identifiers assigned to the
underlying contract by the Council for the base period of the contract and any subsequent
option periods;
The Council of the District ofColumbia approved the Base Yearofcontract CFOPD-15-C-003 via
Resolution 21-39 in the amount of $34,273,174.06, Partial Exercise of Option Period One for one-year
via CA 23-464 in the amount of $8,902,418.22 exercise of the remainder ofOption Period One for
one-year via CA 24-52 in the amountof$9,778,379.70. The Office of Contracts exercised a fraction
ofOption Period Two at no cost for the PeriodofPerformance of March 6, 2022 through July 15,
2022.
(3) A statement indicating that the contracting officer determined through the Citywide Clean
Hands Database that the contractor is current withits District taxes or has worked out and is
current with a payment schedule approved by the District, or that the contracting officer will
offset any outstanding amount pursuant to D.C, Official Code 2-353.01(9):
A Citywide Clean Hands check was performed on ICMA-Retirement Corporation and based on the
results provided the Contracting Officer has determined that ICMA-Retirement Corporation. The
