Chairman Phil Mendelson, at the request of the Mayor, introduced the following resolution,

To confirm the reappointment of Ms. Tamora Papas to the Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the Board of Real Estate Appraisers Tamora Papas Confirmation
Resolution of 2019.
Sec. 2. The Council ofthe District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Tamora Papas is a Certified Residential Appraiser and the President of
Pinnacle Performance, INC and current member of the Board of Real
Estate Appraisers.
Ms. Papas has eamed the Appraisal Institutes prestigious SRA
Designation, as well as a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional)
designation from Worldwide ERC. She specializes in the District and
prides herself on staying abreast of all the changes going on in DCs
many diverse neighborhoods. Her practice includes mortgage lending
and private assignments, as well as appraising properties for pre-sale,
estate, divorce, relocation, and historic preservation. Ms. Papas is a member of the Appraisal
Institute, the Worldwide ERC, and current Chair of the DC Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
A Ward 6 resident, Ms. Papas received her Certified Residential Appraiser license from the
