The General Assembly has introduced House Joint Resolution No. 74, which pertains to the nomination of Phillip Miller, Esquire, from Glastonbury, to serve as a Judge of the Superior Court. This resolution confirms the nomination made by the Governor and stipulates that Miller will serve a term of eight years, succeeding the Honorable Robert A. D'Andrea.
