The resolution, introduced by Representative Stafstrom and Senator Winfield, confirms the nomination of Sean P. McGuinness, Esquire, of Norwalk, to serve as a Judge of the Superior Court. This appointment is made by the Governor and is set for a term of eight years, succeeding the Honorable Theodore R. Tyma.
