RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
GLADYS IDELIS NIEVES OF NEW HAVEN TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
1 That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the
2 Honorable Gladys Idelis Nieves, of New Haven to be a Judge of the
3 Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the date of
4 confirmation by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable E. Curtissa
5 R. Cofield, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of
6 the Superior Court for said term.
