Resolved by this Assembly:
1 That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period
2 of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this
3 Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Thomas A.
4 Lombardo, Jr., file number 24402 of said commissioner.
