RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER AN
EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF ADAM J.
MESSING, AN INCAPACITATED PERSON, BY HIS PARENTS AND
CO-GUARDIANS OF THE PERSON AND PROPERTY, LISA MESSING
AND BERNARD MESSING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
1 That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period
2 of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this
3 Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Adam J. Messing,
4 an Incapacitated Person, by his parents and Co-Guardians of the Person
5 and Property, Lisa Messing and Bernard Messing, file number 25184 of
6 said commissioner.
