RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF ROBERT
NAMNOUM OF CANTON TO BE APPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE
EDUCATION ARBITRATION BOARD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
1 That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Robert
2 Namnoum of Canton to be appointed a member of the Education
3 Arbitration Board, representing the interests of exclusive bargaining
4 representatives of certified employees, to serve a term ending June 30,
5 2024, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is
6 longer, in succession to Clifford Silvers, is approved and confirmed, and
7 he is appointed said member for said term.
