To study the accessibility of the State Capitol building, the Legislative Office Building and all other
buildings, related structures, grounds and parking facilities under the supervision, security,
utilization and control of the Joint Committee on Legislative Management.

Kelly McConney Moore, Interim Senior Policy Counsel of ACLU-CT: Voiced support.
Testimony explained how it is crucial that government buildings are accessible to those with
disabilities to prevent them from "being unjustly shut out" of the democratic process.
Testimony requests that disabled people and advocates of the disability community be
ensured a voice in selecting the auditor and weighing results of the assessment.
