AN ACT REQUIRING THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR
DISABLED VETERANS BE ADJUSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to require the
2 property tax exemption for disabled veterans be adjusted in accordance
3 with the cost-of-living adjustment.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the property tax exemption for disabled veterans be adjusted
in accordance with the cost-of-living adjustment.
