The act provides that the motorcycle operator safety training fund is no longer immediately and continuously available for use by the office of the chief of the state patrol in the department of public safety (office), and instead is available to be expended by the office subject to annual appropriation by the general assembly.
     $1,110,000 is appropriated from the motorcycle operator safety training fund to the department of public safety for use by the Colorado state patrol for the motorcycle operator safety training program.
