The bill adds the Trinidad correctional facility, the Arkansas Valley correctional facility, and the Arrowhead correctional facility to the list of correctional facilities eligible to receive money from the broadband infrastructure cash fund.
     The bill extends the repeal date of the cash fund to July 1, 2028.
