The bill implements recommendations of the department of regulatory agencies in its 2025 sunset review and report on the Colorado podiatry board.
     
Sections 1 and 3
of the bill extend the repeal of the functions of licensing and regulating podiatrists to September 1, 2035.
     
Section 2
requires licensed podiatrists to develop a written plan to ensure the security of patient medical records.
