The voluntary contribution to the Colorado nongame conservation and wildlife restoration cash fund that was authorized to appear on the state income tax return from January 1, 2017, to January 1, 2022, was scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2023. The act extends the voluntary contribution indefinitely.
