Olympik Signs is named as the Sign Contractor/Erector responsible for the sign.

Non-compliance by the applicant or their successors may result in the invalidation or revocation of the sign permit. The ordinance also includes an insertion of the number "32," which may refer to the ward of the Alderman who is associated with this order.
