The sign will be an on-premise static sign with one face, measuring 6 feet 1 inch in length and 7 feet in height, totaling 43 square feet in area and positioned 33 feet above grade. The sign will not project over the public way, and the sign contractor responsible for its erection is Olympik Signs. This approval is in accordance with the Municipal Code of Chicago Section 13-20-680.
The ordinance emphasizes that the sign must comply with all provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Municipal Code, which governs zoning, as well as other relevant regulations regarding the permitting, construction, maintenance, and removal of signs. Any failure to comply with these provisions may result in the invalidation or revocation of the sign permit.
