Existing law, the Water Recycling Law, declares that the people of the state have a primary interest in the development of facilities to recycle water containing waste to supplement existing surface and underground water supplies and to assist in meeting the future water requirements of the state.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the above-referenced provisions.
