Existing law, the California Financing Law, governs the licensing and regulation of a finance lender, broker, or program administrator by the Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation and defines terms for its purposes. Existing law specifies who is not included within the meaning of a finance lender, broker, or program administrator.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
