Existing law authorizes the legislative body of a city, if it finds that public interest and convenience require the sale of any public building and site dedicated to a public use, to adopt a resolution of its finding and intention to sell the property.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the provision described above relating to sale of a public building and site.
