Existing law prohibits a person from being granted probation if they are convicted of a felony custodial institution burglary, as defined, and requires a person convicted of a misdemeanor custodial institution burglary to be confined in the county jail for not less than 90 days, except as specified.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
