Existing law, the Uniform Parentage Act, prescribes various circumstances under which an action may be brought for the purpose of determining the existence or nonexistence of a parent and child relationship, and specifies by whom the action may be brought, including, but not limited to, the child, the Department of Child Support Services, or a presumed parent, as specified.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
