Existing law requires the State Air Resources Board, in consultation with other state agencies and interested members of the public, to provide a report to the Legislature on issues relating to indoor air pollution by January 1, 2004.
This bill would require the state board to provide to the Legislature an addendum, as specified, to the above-described report by January 1, 2025. The bill would repeal these provisions on January 1, 2029.
