This bill proposes several updates to current statutes regarding the transition program for eligible inmates and the establishment of a civil rights division. It modifies the duration of transition services from "up to ninety days" to "not more than ninety days" and changes the annual report submission deadline from July 31 to November 30, while also requiring the report to be sent to the director of the joint legislative budget committee.
