This bill proposes to amend Arizona Revised Statutes by adding a new section, 15-115.02, which would prohibit public schools from allowing abortion providers or related entities to engage in various educational activities. Specifically, the bill would prevent these entities from providing health education instruction, instructional programs, or curricula, as well as distributing or displaying health education materials created or funded by them within the school.

Additionally, the bill establishes a compliance mechanism whereby the Department of Education can determine if a public school is not adhering to these restrictions. If a school fails to rectify any noncompliance within ninety days of notification, the Superintendent of Public Instruction is authorized to withhold state aid from the school until compliance is achieved. The bill also clarifies the definition of "abortion provider" to include abortion clinics and related entities, ensuring a broad application of the restrictions.
