Additionally, the ACA would have the discretion to include any other relevant economic benefits in the study.

Furthermore, the bill mandates that the ACA submit a report of its findings to the Governor and key legislative leaders by a specified date, and it requires that a copy of this report be made available on the ACA's website. This new language would be inserted into the existing statutes, enhancing the ACA's role in evaluating the economic impact of these technologies on the state and local governments.
