This bill proposes several updates to current statutes regarding special license plates in Arizona. It introduces a new section, 28-2470.40, which mandates the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to issue special plates for the Arizona Space Commission if a $32,000 implementation fee is paid by December 31, 2026.
