It would also specify county contributions for the Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS) for the fiscal year 2025-2026, outline penalties for counties failing to meet funding obligations, and establish a grant for outpatient dialysis treatment center construction. These changes aim to improve health care services and align state regulations with federal standards.
