It also modifies the minimum primary commercial uninsured motorist coverage required for both transportation network companies and taxi/livery/limousine services from $250,000 per incident to $25,000 per person and $75,000 per incident, or the statutory minimum liability limit for bodily injury or death, whichever is greater. The bill includes technical changes and becomes effective on the general effective date.
