The bill proposes the establishment of two new divisions within the Department of Finance and Administration: the Regulatory Division and the Regulatory Enforcement Division. The director of the Regulatory Enforcement Division will oversee these agents and can refer investigations to prosecuting attorneys or other law enforcement agencies as necessary.
