The resolution recognizes the Rogers Heritage High School War Eagles boys' wrestling team for their remarkable achievement in winning the Class 6A State Championship on March 1, 2025, at the Jack Stephens Center in Little Rock. This victory marks a historic milestone as the War Eagles became the first team in Arkansas to win the dual state, regional, and state championships in the same year since the introduction of regional qualifiers. The team finished the season with an impressive dual record of 10-1 and showcased their dominance by defeating notable opponents, including Conway, Bentonville West, and Bentonville in the championship rounds.

In addition to the team victory, individual accolades were earned by several team members, with Kyan Patton and Cash Bray winning state individual titles, while Ben Smith, Kaden McCrary, and Nick Barry were state runners-up. Jacob McCrary secured a bronze medal, and other team members achieved fourth-place finishes. The resolution also highlights the leadership of Head Coach Alvie Killingsworth and Coach Trace Talley, who emphasized the team's aggressive approach to scoring. Upon adoption, a copy of the resolution will be presented to Coach Killingsworth in recognition of the team's outstanding accomplishments.
