In response to this tragedy, Colleen Nick established the Morgan Nick Foundation in 1996, which focuses on educating children about abduction prevention and providing support to families of missing children. The foundation has partnered with the Arkansas State Police to enhance investigative efforts and community engagement, contributing to the recovery of numerous missing children and the fight against human trafficking.
