In addition to its community service, Zeta Phi Beta has made substantial financial contributions to education, awarding $3.5 million to college students in the past five years and offering the annual Pearl Anna Neal Scholarship. The organization is noted for its pioneering efforts within the National Pan-Hellenic Council, including being the first to centralize operations at a national headquarters and charter a chapter in Africa.
