Additionally, the bill stipulates that upon the third submission, agencies must inform the receiving entity that no further reports will be filed unless requested. However, the General Assembly retains the authority to direct agencies to resume reporting if necessary. The implementation of this act is prospective, meaning that agencies will need to comply with the new reporting requirements starting from the effective date of the act, although there is a provision for entities that have received reports more than three times prior to this date to request a cessation of further submissions.
