The resolution congratulates and recognizes the Junction City Lady Dragons cheerleading team for winning the 2024 Class 1A-2A All-Girl state championship at the Arkansas High School State Cheerleading Championships held on December 20, 2024. This victory marks the team's second consecutive state championship win, achieving an impressive score of 74.8 points with zero deductions. The Lady Dragons excelled in various categories, including Cheer, Stunts, and Pyramid, showcasing their exceptional skills and teamwork.

Led by Coach Jordan Weldon, the team demonstrated remarkable composure, focus, and determination throughout the competition. The resolution acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the cheerleaders, as well as the support from the school's faculty, student body, and the Junction City community. Upon adoption, a copy of the resolution will be presented to Coach Weldon by the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives.
