18 WHEREAS, the Calico Rock High School Lady Pirates claimed the 2024
19 Girls 1A-2A Girls Bowling State Championship title on Friday, February 10,
20 2024, at the Rogers Bowling Center; and
21
22 WHEREAS, the Calico Rock High School Lady Pirates took home the Girls'
23 Bowling State Championship title with a total of three thousand sixty (3,060)
24 points; and
25
26 WHEREAS, the Calico Rock High School Lady Pirates Bowling Team members
27 include:

29 (2) Graysn Sanders;
30 (3) Shelby Sherrill:

32 (5) Caroline Mitchell;
33 (6) Serenitee Scott;
34 (7) Mylie Waire;

7 WHEREAS, the Calico Rock High School Lady Pirates Bowling Team was led
8 by Head Coach Brenda Pittman; and

10 WHEREAS, the Calico Rock High School Lady Pirates Bowling Team placed
11 eighth overall in the state,

13 NOW THEREFORE,
14 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL
15 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

17 THAT the House of Representatives recognize the Calico Rock High School
18 Lady Pirates as the 2024 1A-2A Girls Bowling State Champions.

20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon adoption, a copy of this resolution shall be
21 provided to Head Coach Brenda Pittman by the Chief Clerk of the House of
22 Representatives.
