22 SECTION 1. REGULAR SALARIES - OPERATIONS. There is hereby established
23 for the Southern Arkansas University for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the

32 maximum number of part-time or temporary employees, to be known as "Extra
33 Help", payable from funds appropriated herein for such purposes: one
34 thousand nine hundred (1,900) temporary or part-time employees, when needed,
35 at rates of pay not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification
36 and Compensation Act, or its successor, or this act for the appropriate
