Basic Change :
Sponsor: Rep. Gazaway and Sen. Clark
SB563 directs the committee appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme for the review and revision
of the family support chart to revise the chart to provide numeric guidelines for support when a
parenting time schedule provides a payor parent has more than 141 overnight stays with the children.
The revision must be effective on or before January 1, 2024.
