22 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

24 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 23-112-614(c)(2), concerning the transfer
25 of special revenues received from auto auction fees for salvage-titled or
26 parts-only titled vehicles, is amended to read as follows:
27 (2)(A) Fifty percent (50%) for the Division of Arkansas State
28 Police to be used for inspection and oversight of auto auctions, except as
29 provided in subdivision (c)(2)(B) of this section.
30 (B) Annually the division may use any unexpended balance
31 or any portion of any unexpended balance of the special revenues transferred
32 under subdivision (c)(2)(A) of this section for personal services, operation,
33 maintenance, and improvement of the division.
