26 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

28 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 19-4-906(a)(2), concerning motor vehicle
29 restrictions and authorizations for state entities and institutions of higher
30 education, is amended to read as follows:
31 (2)(A) As used in this section, “passenger motor vehicles” means
32 vehicles licensed for highway use, including without limitation automobiles,
33 trucks, and vans, that do not require a commercial driver's license to
34 operate.
35 (B) As used in this section, "passenger motor vehicles"
36 does not include vehicles that are primarily used for purposes of providing
