17           WHEREAS, the Millennial Action Project is the largest national
18   nonpartisan organization dedicated to activating young leaders in state
19   legislatures across the country, working to transcend political polarization;
20   and
21
22           WHEREAS, the State Future Caucus Network fosters bipartisan dialogue
23   and expertise among state legislators dedicated to advancing future-oriented
24   solutions to the issues facing future generations; and
25
26           WHEREAS, the Arkansas Future Caucus led by Representative Pilkington
27   and Representative Scott, Senator Davis, and Senator Tucker is a group of
28   young legislators committed to working towards a culture of political
29   cooperation in the great State of Arkansas; and
30
31           WHEREAS, during the week of March 27-31, 2023, the Arkansas Future
32   Caucus is participating in the Millennial Action Project’s National Week of
33   Action marked by young leaders moving beyond partisan divides to usher in a
34   new era of collaboration and innovative approaches to policy; and

36           WHEREAS, the Millennial Action Project gives the nation’s young leaders

 1   the resources and support to develop and pass innovative policy solutions and
 2   to forge productive partnerships on the issues affecting the youngest
 3   generations of Americans,

 5   NOW THEREFORE,
 6   BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL
 7   ASSEMBLY;
 8
 9        THAT the House of Representatives recognize the Arkansas Future Caucus
10   for its efforts to lead on issues critical to the future of the State of
11   Arkansas.
