20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 27-51-307(b), concerning when a vehicle
23 shall not be driven on the left side of the roadway to overtake and pass
24 another vehicle, is amended to add an additional subdivision to read as
25 follows:
26 (5) When the vehicle being passed has signaled its intention to
27 make a left turn in compliance with § 27-51-403.
