22 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

24 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 9-28-407(a)(5)(B), concerning the
25 termination of a license issued under the Child Welfare Agency Licensing Act
26 when the licensee has not been in operation for a consecutive twelve-month
27 period, is amended to read as follows:
28 (a)(5)(B) In addition to any other basis provided by law or rule, the
29 board shall terminate the license of a psychiatric residential treatment
30 facility licensee that has not been in operation for a consecutive twelve-
31 month period.
