The resolution recognizes the Siloam Springs Panthers and Lady Panthers Coed Cheer Team for their outstanding achievements in the 2022-2023 cheerleading season. On December 16, 2022, the team won the Class 5A-6A Coed State Championship, demonstrating their skill by placing first or second in all five competitions they participated in during the season. They scored an impressive 85.16 points out of 100 at the state level.

Additionally, the team achieved national recognition by winning the National Cheerleaders Association High School National Championship on January 22, 2023, in Dallas, Texas, with a score of 95.9 points.
