22 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

24 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 26-75-606(a)(1)(B), concerning the use of
25 funds credited to the city advertising and promotion fund, is amended to read
26 as follows:
27 The commission may engage such personnel and agencies and incur such
28 administrative costs as it deems necessary to conduct its business, including
29 without limitation the employment of personnel responsible for promoting
30 economic development within the city.

32 SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. Section 1 of this act is effective for
33 assessment years beginning on or after January 1, 2023.
