24 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

26 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 15-42-104, concerning hunting and fishing
27 licenses for residents, is amended to add an additional subsection to read as
28 follows:
29 (f) A minor who is required to obtain a hunting license or fishing
30 license under this section who resides out-of-state but is visiting a parent
31 or legal guardian who resides in this state is considered a resident under
32 this section and shall pay the resident fee for the hunting license or
33 fishing license.
