19 WHEREAS, the Second Extraordinary Session of the Ninety-Third General
20 Assembly of the State of Arkansas was convened by Proclamation of Governor
21 Asa Hutchinson at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, for the purpose of
22 considering the business set forth in such Executive Proclamation; and
23
24 WHEREAS, the General Assembly has concluded its business for the Second
25 Extraordinary Session of the Ninety-Third General Assembly,
26
27 NOW THEREFORE,
28 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
29 STATE OF ARKANSAS:

31 THAT the Senate of the Ninety-Third General Assembly of the State of
32 Arkansas, having disposed of all business set forth in the Governors
33 Proclamation, upon adoption of this resolution shall be adjourned sine die,
34 with the House of Representatives adjourning the Second Extraordinary Session
35 sine die at a date and time of its choosing.
