19 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

21 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 5-73-122(a)(4), concerning the definition
22 of "facility" as it is used in regard to the offense of carrying a firearm in
23 publicly owned buildings or facilities, is amended to read as follows:
24 (4) As used in this section, facility means does not mean a
25 municipally owned or maintained park, football field, baseball field, soccer
26 field, or another similar municipally owned or maintained recreational
27 structure or property.
